I highly recommend OC Auto Firm if you are looking for a car! I had visited a number of other businesses selling used cars and none compared to OC Auto Firm. Junior was professional and made the process easy and quick. Never once did I feel like I was being taken advantage of and I didn’t feel rushed during the process. Such a great buyers experience with OC Auto Firm. We are out of state & Jr made us feel comfortable from the beginning, answering every question we had, sending us extra pictures & videos so that we could feel confident in our decision. He offered to pick us up from the airport & even checked on how the ride home went. Truly nothing like your typical dealer experience, in the best way possible- our son is really excited for his first car!
