Efficient and capable. Dishwasher under warranty but took a second visit to repair. Waited for parts. They kept me informed and arrived as promised. Technician was knowledgeable and explained what was going on.
RecommendedThey were on time, and knowledgeable. Sergio did an awesome job, and knew what to do, after 3 other guys from different companies, did more harm than good. I had no dishwasher through the Holidays, lots of stress, and it was fixed like it should have been with the first guy.
unprofessional - don't show up for appointments. They lie about when they are going to show - they don't show up! I have neighbors with nest cameras and prove they didn't knock on my door at all. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!
WASTE OF TIME! - I have spent the last month trying to have 8 Miele kitchen appliances serviced by New Life. I have wasted 15 hours waiting on repairmen that never materialized. I've made over a dozen calls and spoken with Amber, Christy and Mary numerous times each and none of them have a clear answer about anything. Quotes that were promised where never emailed and I am still waiting to speak with an owner or manager. This is exactly the type of company to avoid!
AVOID AT ALL COST I have been trying to have my refrigerator fixed by this company for 2 months. they still have not set foot in my home, nothing but excuse after excuse, days wasted waiting for their nonexistent service professional to come and ever look at my appliance.
Honest people, have always been on Time and called back. Fixed my range and gas dryer wonderfully!!
DON'T BELIEVE THE POSITIVE REVIEWS- They are MISLEADING! BEYOND FRUSTRATED I wish there were negative stars to rate this company. We have a 2 year old LG refrigerator that is still under warranty -- shouldn't be that difficult to diagnose or service a popular two year old fridge, right?? WRONG!
