You are given an appointment and then you are there for more than 4 HOURS. Totally overbooked and unprofessional to think no one else's time matters but hers.
Waiting 50 minutes with no update and 1 person still ahead of me. This practice should do a better job of scheduling. Making someone wait this long without an update is disrespectful. Oh and I already paid when I arrived.
Recommendedlove Dr OByrne. just be careful. you are not given your contact lenses prescription after your visit. I was just told by someone on the nurse line, that they never give you your contact lenses script, because they want to make sure you like the ones they gave you to try since folks order them and then return them because they don't like them. If they wouldn't schedule so many patients at one time, maybe you wouldn't sit in the waiting room for up to an hour. Then you are rushed through the exam. The glasses that were prescribed to me were four times too strong. I found that out when I got a second opinion from another eye doctor, who turned out to be a great eye doctor, and I'll continue to see him annually.

Today not good! Waiting over an hour and haven’t seen the Dr yet��! Now late for my work appt . On the flip side I do love the Drs!
An amazing doctor. I had surgery in both eyes, cataracts. My eyesight is wonderful now. She is so compassionate and had a wonderful bedside manner. I would recommend her to anyone who needs eye surgery. Appreciate this doctor and many thanks for the great work !
