It's a nice place, coaches are really nice. No pressure to meet anyone's standards, you can always go at your own pace and your own modifications. I've really benefited from going here over the last 8 months and have enjoyed my workouts.
The coaches are friendly, the gym is clean, and the workouts are challenging… great cardio. I’ve been going for 4 months and I still love it!
This place is more than just a kickboxing gym! If you want an awesome community to hang out with, kickboxing is just a bonus! They do fundraisers and host a wide variety of events. They offer AM/PM classes perfect for anyone needing a flexible schedule. Also the coaches are amazing! I love OBX!
So much fun, doesn’t even feel like a workout!!! Instructors rock!
Such personal and encouraging instructors who really get your heart rate up and your body moving. Highly recommend this place if you are looking for a fun way to stay active and healthy!
