The Dealership was able to diagnose, and fix my 8 month old 2025 Equinox EV, after the infotainment and navigation System failed due to the OnStar System failing. They also took care of two of the recalls that affected my vehicle at the same time. The only unfortunate part was, it took a while as they had to wait on the parts availability. David and Sarah went above and beyond to assist me in my recent purchase. This is my 12th vehicle purchased at OBX Chevy and each time is more convenient than the last. I felt very comfortable and was informed about every available option and opportunity for me and my vehicle. I like how I was given the information and not overly pressured. Sarah was very knowledgeable and prepared.
