We have been using Bob Parente the service manager at OBX Chevy for well over 20 years on our Honda and Subaru. There is no one else we would consider using. I know when Bob is responsible for maintenance and safety of our car I need not think anymore about it. Everything is personally checked by Bob and if he says I need something I know it is the truth!! Excellent service, fair prices and trust---what more could one ask for?!
Boyd’s picked me up from the Norfolk airport and took me back to their dealership. My new truck was ready when I arrived and the detailing was excellent. Very pleased !
For someone who doesn’t leave a review OBX Chevy deserves one. I had been to 3 dealers looking for the “perfect” truck. I pulled in with no expectations of leaving in a new vehicle. I didn’t want to test drive a vehicle before working on numbers like I did other places just to get the “what you don’t understand” phrase thrown at me after falling in love with the truck(with perfect credit) like other places did.
