BEWARE OF INSURANCE SCAMMERS. They advertise being in network with Cigna. They didn't have one of their physicians credentialed in time when they sent my bill over to Cigna only for them to say even though its their credentialing issue its my fault I went to them (NO I didn't I was on bed rest they're the hospital servicing specialists) and I was responsible for the out of network bill even though their portal showed in network with my insurance. Please do not pay any bill you receive from this place. They are committing billing fraud and I am currently working with UHC to resolve it. They somehow retrieve patient information and bill people who they have never seen. I’m curious how things like this happen repeatedly. Insurance companies need to better protect us with more auditing because scammers like this are taking advantage of innocent people. If they billed your insurance company you need to contact them immediately.

They send false billing claims , some how when UHG ended there contract with them, they have got access to patients information , what they do is , charge you for the same service which you got from your doctor in the name of other doctor and location, very fraudulent kind of group

If I could give a zero I would. Likely FAKE collection agency. I received a voicemail from this group I have never heard of and a group who certainly I nor my family have EVER received care through; they had zero information on my "newborn". Clearly a collections company; however, they NEVER answer their phones. I spent ten minutes trying different routes to get someone to answer their phone lines, exercise in futility. DO NOT ENGAGE WITH THESE CRIMINALS.

We had twins that required a 4 month hospital stay. 2 months for my wife, and 2 months for the twins. Today we just received a bill 4 months after service. The bill does not specify what services were performed. This is the second time this has happened. This happened previously from services 9 months ago. I called to find out why our insurance had not covered it.
