Love the doctors and nurses, but good luck getting a nurse to even pick up the phone. I needed to schedule an appointment, and they said they would call me back. they never called back even though the nurse claimed to have written my name down. I got a call 2 days later saying they went ahead and scheduled me for a random day. I can’t even do that day. This clinic shouldn’t honestly be ashamed of their patient care. Not only do people have to wait over and hour to be seen for their appointment, the clinic manager is very disrespectful. I myself had a surgery cancelled without my knowledge or consent and was not aware until I showed up that morning for surgery. I am not the only one that has had this issue either.
