Very unorganized office and the people at the front desk don’t have a clue of what they’re doing. I have been inconvenienced on multiple occasions, they never answer the phone to even get care, and decided to find care elsewhere.

I have had several issues with this small practice. While the nurses are kind and nice, the office manager is very nonchalant and makes excuses for every issue you bring to improve the quality of service. They almost NEVER answer the phone when you call but when you walk in you’ll see two people sitting at the front desk. I went once and got a prescription prescribed that took them almost 4 days send to my pharmacy. **Newest update: after 3 records requests for surgeries between 2006-2022. They are still incompetent and only sent 2 years worth. Even after stating directly that I needed every surgery type sent to my new provider. They find a way to screw it up even more each time. Have contacted both records and practice manager many times, amd no one responds. What a joke. Service has really gone downhill the last few years. Been a patient since 2006, daughter born in 2008. Dr never was in the room more then 5 minutes and always rushed.... read more
