The pregnancy and birth experience was phenomenal. But now that I’m not pregnant anymore the service is absolutely appalling. Terrible place to go to for gynecology needs because they won’t see you in a timely manner, even if you’re in tremendous pain. Unacceptable.
Good luck trying to schedule an appointment here. They literally delivered my baby six years ago -- been there since for checkups. Today they told me I had to get a referral. For a general women's health exam. As an already established patient. There is a reason why tuality has the poor reputation it does. They have more than earned it.
My prenatal experience was so-so. I didn’t get the personal experience I wanted due to seeing so many different providers throughout my pregnancy. My favorite however was Jennifer Ham. When I went into labor, I knew she would be the midwife in the unit the next day. After a very difficult and painful night in the birth unit, I was so happy to see her the next morning. Working aimlessly with Washington county police department and myself, they have not given up on me.
Today I was seen by two random doctors one of which was a guy dr Juan and dr Johnson. After they invaded me and got a good look around during my entire appointment they did not listen to any of my concerns. To follow this appointment I was supposed to have a cyst removed but someone didn’t schedule it correctly so here I am two years later with it still growing.
