I have been a patient for a long time with ladies first. I have never had a complaint until now I went for a pap smear a little bit before my year cause I have an IUD ad it was close to expiring. Well anyway they question me about that and then Dr.Bush told me that I could go over my expired date for my IUD so I'm guessing that's why they haven't ordered me a new one. For the last two days I have been trying to get the right prescription for my daughter refill and the drs office has called it in WRONG both times!! And now they are closed for the holidays!!! I am SO MAD!! And they won't return my phone call!!!
I LOVE Dr. Torrence however do not like the over an hour of waiting for my appt. Appointment was at 10a. and I am still waiting (11:17 now)!
Saw Dr. Hegwood and her staff in Ozark today. I was a new patient and a little nervous but by the time I left, I felt like I had three new friends. I was seen in a very timely manner and treated very kindly. Thank you!
