I went to their Office because of a complicated pregnancy and I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Santiago. He is truly an exceptional Doctor who goes above and beyond for his patients. From the very first appointment, he treated me with an incredible sense of empathy, kindness, and respect. Was going here for years. Had no complaints until they sent my bill to collections after I tried to pay it over 2 months ago. 2 months ago I left a voicemail because no one answered. No one ever called me back. I called again today and luckily someone actually answered. But I was informed I can't pay the bill because they already sent me to collections. 0/10 recommend. Atleast call your patients back before sending them to collections.
Dr.Santiago is the sweetest man I’ve met! He made sure i knew exactly what to expect and made me feel so comfortable! Lexi Farmer is also amazing if prefer a female gynecologist! She is so sweet and is always willing to listen to any concerns. She gives her opinions on things with great explanation! Would not choose any other facility to be seen <3
