I was disappointed with my experience with Alexandra Farmer, PA-C. I waited nearly an hour past my appointment, and the visit felt rushed and not very thorough. Then I was charged for a brief follow-up call just to confirm normal results. Overall, it felt like the focus was more on billing than on patient care.
I went to their Office because of a complicated pregnancy and I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Santiago. He is truly an exceptional Doctor who goes above and beyond for his patients. From the very first appointment, he treated me with an incredible sense of empathy, kindness, and respect. Was going here for years. Had no complaints until they sent my bill to collections after I tried to pay it over 2 months ago. 2 months ago I left a voicemail because no one answered. No one ever called me back. I called again today and luckily someone actually answered. But I was informed I can't pay the bill because they already sent me to collections. 0/10 recommend. Atleast call your patients back before sending them to collections.
