I recently just moved here this month, I am a young female and a new around this area and when trying to make an appointment the lady was very rude to me yelling at me on how booked they are and going off on me how I should have already made an appointment. She was very rude to me and unprofessional talking down on the type of insurance I have.
Love the staff here— from the receptionists, to the nurses and the doctors! All greeted my husband and I with such warmth and kindness when we arrived at our appointment for the first time yesterday, after switching OBGYNs (because of a less-than-stellar experience with our former place). They were so welcoming, knowledgeable, and prompt throughout our entire appointment (start to finish); we’re SO glad to have found them!
Absolutely disappointed in the service this office provides. I’ve been a long time patient and had switched Dr.s before when I originally became a patient, so I know it can be done. When recently my provider left she recommended a Dr. in this office. However the receptionist scheduling my appointment for my second pregnancy wouldn’t get me an appointment with her even with recommendation. I called and was not scheduled multiple times. I've been coming here since I first became pregnant with my son, back in 2022. Although Docor Jain is no longer in practice here, I had the pleasure of meeting Doctor Glenn previously this week. All the staff, nurses, aids, doctors, I mean literally everyone here is so fabulous. I love this office and feel safe here. They helped me greatly throughout my pregnancy and even after to this day for regular appointments and exams.
