I have been coming here for years! There is rarely a wait and Dr. Nelson is the absolute best! Dr. Allen was my doc until retirement and I just saw Dr. Nelson and she exceeding my expectations. Truly an exceptional doctor for women! She took time to educate me, listened and provided everything I needed to address my specific needs. I can't say enough about her and her nurse!!!!
AVOID HERE AT ALL COST. Went here on several different occasions. Every time had a horrible experience with both front office and Dr Mitchell. I work as a receptionist so I know how scheduling works, I scheduled an appointment, showed up and they said I was never scheduled. I said that can not be right as I got a confirmation. The front office only said we can reschedule for several weeks out and I should start taking a note of who I speak with. That should never be the case when scheduling an appointment. Dr. Bruce is one of, if not “the” best Gynecologist in the DFW area! I live 45 minutes to an hour away and I will willingly drive the distance. She is thorough, asks important questions, and makes me feel very comfortable. I have tried others and none can compare to the level of service I have received in Dr. Bruce’s care. As for the office and assistant, all were very nice and friendly. I highly recommend Dr. Bruce and team.
Had to discontinue care with this office because they are very poorly ran. Then when it was time to transfer they delayed sending over my medical records to the next provider to intentionally delay me from receiving care during my pregnancy. Power struggles will get you sued…
