This is not the hospital you want to go to if you are considered high risk in pregnancy. I recently had my baby and I will say I was properly not cared for by the doctors at the clinic which caused me a lot of unnecessary emergency visits, which could have been avoided if I was properly treated. I had preeclampsia in the past with my first pregnancy. If you’re going to hire people to be a receptionist and answer phone calls all day, then hire people who aren’t rude and condescending. I tried calling to see if I could change my appointment date and the person who answered the phone was rude and seemed like she was bothered by answering my call. Unacceptable.
