worst obgyn office I've ever been to. the staff are rude the management sucks. things that were untrue or stretched were added to my medical records to make me look bad. I found a new doctor called them to let them know I choose to no longer receive their services. I then got a letter certified mail saying they could no longer provide services. seriously?? pretty sure this was one more attempt to add negativity to my medical record. I recommend never ever go to this office for any services as you are sure to be disappointed ... read more
RecommendedI tried getting an appointment was told there not taking new patients they called me back to tryand get me sent me out front an I got disconnected an not a call back I really need to see someone I'm having female problems I've had it over 30 days someone needs to call me
Dr Parks only knows c section. He will cut you open for anything, even if both mom and baby are doing great. He is a liar and honestly he needs his license removed. The dangers of c sections are coming more and more clear and it is doctors like him that are causing the maternal death rate to climb. Dr Gibson is condescending and refuses to take NO for an answer. If you file a complaint with the state against her for improper care and coercion she likes to retaliate by any means possible, false claims to cps, increase on bill... read more
Receptionist are very cold and seem to be too busy to bother to talk to you like your a human being. Always have a wait time of 15mins or more past the appt time. Drs however are very nice and welcoming. If it werent for the doctors they would be rated a 0 in my book. I am currently looking around for a better OB office.
An update I'm tired of being told someone is going to call on a certain day and never does I'm tired of being put on hold I love my Dr I really do. But something's I'll never know is showing up 15 minutes early not being called back till 12 minutes after my scheduled time and its 10 minutes shy of being a whole hour past my appt and I still have not been seen. Yet I get turned down for being 8 minutes late
I love how friendly they are. Dr. Parks is so good. (:
Dr Guenther is amazing! He has been the only doctor that I've ever been to that actually listened to me. He listened, and he believed me, and then...he believed me even more. Thank you so much Dr Guenther, I recommend you to everyone I know. You're truly an amazing doctor and person. I feel incredible :)
