I recently called to schedule an OBGYN consult, and unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. From the moment the receptionist, whose name might have been Kenyetta, answered the phone, she was extremely rude and unhelpful. She consistently interrupted me, cutting me off whenever I tried to speak, which was frustrating and disrespectful. This practice is great, it’s very efficient, but thorough. The providers are wonderful, Dr. Rosen is to the point and easy going, we really appreciate her opinion and help. They make scheduling very easy!

I missed my referral call so I called them back myself and set up my appointment (with a referral). Reception and nurses were very nice, provider came in and was rude. She asked me why my hometown gyno didn't take care of my problem for me (live in very small rural area cant do surgeries here), examined me and I was obviously in pain and she said "I know you can't feel pain there", then when explaining the surgery she only told me what the worse case scenario that would "definitely" happen if I choose surgery (was later told... read more
