Called to make a new patient/preconception appointment because of a previous high-risk pregnancy. This clinic won’t even let me make an appointment with an OB to establish care because I’m not pregnant and their MFM office will not call me back to schedule said preconception appointment. I called the MFM clinic twice and the RN wrote me off because I’m not currently pregnant. Seems like a lot of gatekeeping for basic care. Was forced to go to another hospital system.
Abby the NP provides great care! listened to all my concerns and questions. Past doctors have dismissed me but i really felt heard with her.
