The entire staff is wonderful at this office. And Dr. Harris is by far the best doctor I’ve ever had in my life! He’s always kind and is extremely knowledgeable. He actually listens to your concerns and you can tell he genuinely cares about both mom and baby. Cannot recommended him highly enough!
Dr. Tiffany Hong is truly amazing 10/10! I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Dr. Hong. She did my IUD removal and replacement and went out of her way to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. She was incredibly sweet, supportive, and calming, which made such a difference for a procedure that can be anxiety-inducing. Impossible to book an appointment with. Called four times and each time was automatically send to hold, which then hung up on me on its own after ten minutes. When finally getting through to a person at the front desk, they ALSO put me on hold and proceeded to leave me there for went minutes in the process of booking my initial appointment. This is not a good sign when you can’t even book an appointment when you are having a significant problem. Beyond frustrating and will be taking my business elsewhere.
Todo el personal de la clinica es estupendo, siempre pendientes y pacientes, las chicas de repeccion siempre amables y con excelente actitud, las enfermeras super dulces, el Dr Collins siempre amable durante todo el embarazo, yo llegaba con mis preguntas y el con paciencia respondía a todas mis dudas, al final tuve una cesárea de emergencia y el Dr Collins siempre estuvo allí para explicarnos a mí y a mi esposo y nos sentimos seguros.
Dr. Collins paid close attention to my concerns and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. I felt heard and understood during my visit. Great doctor!
