We had the pleasure of being seen by Dr. Khalkhali in OB triage, and we couldn't be more grateful for their care and expertise in ultrasound. The best hospital. Love the staff & OBs here. My OB, Dr Jamie Kroft saved my first borns life as she called me & had me come to the hospital the same day. Plan was to intially induced me but they saw that his heartrate was dropping so they got me to do an emerg c section. Im also having my 2nd baby here. I would not go to any other hospital for prenatal care. You’re in great care with Sunnybrook.
Worst service ever. Waited 7 hours to see anyone. No communication. Absolutely worst hospital ever
Useless Triage Never answer their phones even if your in so much pain and trying to get to your dr ... never recive a useful help!!!!!! The Asian nurse i was seen by on Sunday was very rude, so busy and very uncompassionate. Doesn't give you a chance to explain your pain. My husband was sitting on the bed and I was using the chair as their beds are so uncomfortable. She came in saying these beds are only for patients.
