I came in for a concern 6 days past my due date and you sit and wait hours. It’s sad. The doctors, nurses, triage staff are all lovely people. Im sure exceptional at their jobs and I only have good things to say from my experience. However, the issue is with public healthcare systems and time to be seen by a doctor in Canada. I appreciate the requirement of triage based on priority but for some concerns, it shouldn’t require 3-4 hours of waiting and backing up the system further.
We had the pleasure of being seen by Dr. Khalkhali in OB triage, and we couldn't be more grateful for their care and expertise in ultrasound. We were understandably worried about our baby, but Dr. was incredibly helpful and thorough in her assessment. We left feeling reassured and at ease, knowing that our baby is doing well. Thank you, Dr.for your professionalism and compassionate care!"
The best hospital. Love the staff & OBs here. My OB, Dr Jamie Kroft saved my first borns life as she called me & had me come to the hospital the same day. Plan was to intially induced me but they saw that his heartrate was dropping so they got me to do an emerg c section. Im also having my 2nd baby here. I would not go to any other hospital for prenatal care. You’re in great care with Sunnybrook.
Worst service ever. Waited 7 hours to see anyone. No communication. Absolutely worst hospital ever
