This clinic has very bad timing we had an appointment at 3 o'clock today and we got let in at 4 30 we were running late for all are other activities and their excuse was that they didn't have enough workers in which is irrelevant since their is no point to overbook themselves if they don't have enough workers I was really disappointed with are service today and hope next times different.
Dr Megan Sander is the best professional gynecologist I have ever seen. Beautiful bedside manner. Listens to you and explains things in detail. She carried out my hysterectomy in April 2025 due to adenomyosis, a condition of the uterus, and she was amazing in the hospital before, during and after surgery. Yes, the wait times at clinic can be long past your time but each patients needs are different and can take longer to be seen than anticipated. Please don't blame the staff. Always you have to wait 3 hours for booked appointment… come and seat 2 hours in waiting room when ask receptionist about time always rude and mad on patient.. than you have to wait in a room for 1 hour to see doctor.. when you finally get doctor they just gave you 5-10 minutes max.. if you ask questions to doctor she doesn’t want to listen just listen what I say.. if you have patients means you are working and making money.. wasting of all day for just 5 minutes talk without any care for mom and baby.. stop abusing system..
