Horrible ! The process has been like water torture, drip, drip, drip….We have been “clear to close” for the last 2 weeks, but they keep coming up with more paperwork requirements. As of this morning, they need 2 more years of tax transcripts. Absolutely ridiculous!! Avoid them like the plague !!!!
