I purchased in the Obsidian community a couple months ago and I love it! It has been a great experience end-to-end. The sales staff were great! The pre-closing walk-throughs were thorough and incredibly helpful. The post-closing customer service has been prompt and super responsive. Beyond that, I’ve been impressed with Woodside as a builder. The floor plans at Obsidian are super innovative and perfect for my lifestyle. Great indoor-outdoor living, beautiful views, and low maintenance for a single-family home.
We saw many 3 story homes. Their views are amazing. Great homes.
