Great massage therapist!
I am extremely glad I booked an appointment here. Severe shoulder pain has been affecting my ability to work. Even with physical therapy, the healing has been slow. I went in not expecting a lot since I've already been doing my exercises. After 1 appointment, I felt at least 75 % better. I'm sure I still have a ways to go, but after being used to pain for so long, it was amazing to go to work and feel like I could actually make it through the day without pain killers. Another appointment will be booked for sure.
Caitlin is fantastic. She is knowledgeable, thorough, and has the stamina to maintain good pressure throughout the session. Her use of dynamic and static massage work is wonderful. Most importantly, she clearly cares about the well being of her clients.
