Zac was absolutely wonderful. I have had two piercings before, but they were so long ago that I forgot what it felt like. He was super cool and patient when I expressed that I was a little nervous, and the piercings ended up being so quick and painless. He checked in on me throughout, and the piercings are healing wonderfully. The jewelry he showed me looks fantastic on my ears, and I can't wait to go back to get more! Just got my navel peirced and Zac did an amazing job! Super sweet, had great jewelry options and cool shop. Great experience, he was very nice and walked me through the process! Very hygienic too, will definitely going back in the future!!
I usually don’t leave reviews but I just felt the need to rave about Obsidian. I was a walk-in and heckin’ nervous. Zac has such a calm demeanour which really reminded my anxious brain that I was indeed just getting a piercing and not about to be attacked by a lion. Anyways, it was such a quick and pleasant experience. As someone with 0 pain tolerance, I felt virtually nothing when I got my nose pierced, which is something I’m still shocked about but obviously grateful for.
