Beyond disappointed with how my hair looks. Asked for a shadow root and more highlights. John laid my blonde pieces over the dark dye. It created striping in my hair. I left with soaking wet hair so I couldn’t even tell how it turned out but I knew something was wrong. I was there for less than an hour. Will never be back and feels like I wasted $100. The bleach was never toned so the new blonde pieces are as yellow as can be.
