I ordered a customize Starbucks cup as a gift for Christmas. The item arrived late and on top of that the lid did not fit. When I contacted the business their response was they would not accept any return or offer to fix the lid as it should fit since it was a Starbucks cup so I should just go to Starbucks and have them give me a new lid. Given that I do not even live in the US and this was a gift, that is completely unacceptable but also just such poor customer service. I do not recommend ordering anything from here.

Prices are very reasonable and the owner is very knowledgeable and friendly . My daughter and I shop here all the time.

Love this place! Crystal is the best. She goes out of her way to help her customers even if it means staying a little after closing time for a last minute order pick up. She’s so helpful and truly knows how to make customers feel welcomed. I will definitely be shopping at Obsessed Beauty more often!

I think it is so unprofessional for a company to constantly close early and only post it on their Instagram that they are doing so. Not everyone has an Instagram account like most. Some people go by what safari says if they are open or not. It is such an inconvenience to drive almost an hour to come get a couple pair of lashes when the staff here are irresponsible about the hours they say they are open and closed from.
