I have had my car detailed at a few car dealerships and car washes in the past and it doesn't even compare to what an awesome job Ross did on my Honda Pilot! You can tell he took his time and paid close attention to detail. My car looks brand new! Ross was very professional in communication and got back to me very quickly. Ross was very professional in all of his communications and meeting face-to-face. He also reached out to confirm my appointment and was ready to get to work on my car when I arrived. His work shop appeared very neat, clean, and orderly - which gave me peace of mind that he would do a thorough job - which he did. Car was ready to pick up when he said it would and looks fantastic! I had one very difficult stain in the carpet which he spent extra time and effort on to do his best to remove, which is appreciated.
I had my SUV detailed, and it looks brand new! It was so convenient how flexible Ross was with drop off and pick up, and he did a meticulous job! All the season's mud and dog fur gone! I will be taking my vehicle back to him every year; highly recommend his services!
We just picked up our first car from Ross that hasnt been detailed for years and now looks like it just came off the lot! Even got dog hair out! Was also flexible during the day of our appointment and responds quickly to texts. Stuck to the timeline given and would highly recommend services. Worth the money and will be back next year!
