The management team in the office are always great and friendly. Very responsive. Maintenance has always come within a reasonable time frame to anything that needed fixing or to be looked at. The only thing I would say on a negative note is that the walls are thin, I hear our neighbors from all directions very often. And we clean our bathrooms every week or every other week and sometimes the walls get this weird light brown yellowish streak on the walls and I have no idea what that is.
The maintenance team (specifically Roger) was efficient in getting me a new lock to the front door when mine stopped working. He is always professional, efficient, and kind.
I love living here. Excellent maintenance team.

Great staff always helpful, friendly and they are conveniently located. Maintainence staff are very responsive and the residents seem friendly.
