I have enjoyed living at The Apex Apartments! The office team has been responsive to anything that I have brought to their attention and I am so impressed with the maintenance crew! They have addressed any issues in a super timely manner and are typically on it the day I made a request! They really care about making sure your apartment is taken care of and things are running as they should be! I’ve really appreciated that care and attention to make sure I feel comfortable at home!

The worst apartment experience I’ve ever had. I was a resident here for 2 years and experienced repeated water leaks and mold issues from the unit above mine. The situation became so serious that I ended up in the hospital the I decided to move out after my lease end in 2024 After moving out, management charged me for damages I did not cause like ceiling instead of taking responsibility for the ongoing leaks and water damage. They ruin my credit.
Was having issues with my closet door . Maintenance was quick to get it fixed , I went into the other room for a couple minutes came back and it was fixed .
I requested a work order for my fridge, which wasn't cooling, and maintenance came right away and fixed it. Roger is very nice and did not leave a mess in my place. Thank you so much, Roger! Also, the ladies at the office were very helpful when I asked them to keep me updated on when the fridge would be fixed. Alex and Mindy were great at communicating! Thank you so much ladies for doing a wonderful job at the office always.
