I lived here for 18 months back in 1999 in what they now call the Minnewaska unit, one bedroom plus den. I came to the site just to see what they're charging these days. It's insane. Having not lived here for 27 years, obviously I can't speak to the condition of the buildings or grounds. The biggest thing about these places: there's no central heat or air conditioning. 🫣 Be very careful when moving out of this apartment community. In my experience, unexpected charges appeared after move-out, and the process was frustrating. Keep detailed records, take photos of everything, and document the condition of the apartment before leaving. Make sure you review all paperwork carefully, because what seems fine during your stay may become an expensive surprise when it’s time to move out.

Worst apartment experience I’ve had. After moving out, they tried to charge me for “damages” that were clearly normal wear and tear caused by low-quality materials and old appliances. The doors, appliances, and other parts of the apartment were cheap and worn out over time, but instead of replacing them, management blamed the tenant. Very disappointing management and customer service. It felt like they were looking for reasons to charge extra money after move-out.
