Worst apartment experience I’ve had. After moving out, they tried to charge me for “damages” that were clearly normal wear and tear caused by low-quality materials and old appliances. The doors, appliances, and other parts of the apartment were cheap and worn out over time, but instead of replacing them, management blamed the tenant. The staff are professional and courteous, and maintenance requests are dealt with promptly and thoroughly!
Toured this place with Alex and had a great experience, best customer service in the Burnsville area that’s for sure.
I have enjoyed living at The Apex Apartments! The office team has been responsive to anything that I have brought to their attention and I am so impressed with the maintenance crew! They have addressed any issues in a super timely manner and are typically on it the day I made a request! They really care about making sure your apartment is taken care of and things are running as they should be! I’ve really appreciated that care and attention to make sure I feel comfortable at home!
