This business is a joke. They showed me a house so my girlfriend and I applied for it, paid the fees. After a week and a half I got no word from them so I called them, they said they would check the status of my application when they got back to their office that night and yet again I got no call back. I checked their website to see if the house was still available and it was not. Totally unprofessional and rude that they wouldn't even tell me that I got denied. I wish I could give them a negative-star rating
I'm not sure if this business is a scam or not. I set up a viewing for a house, and the following week, the day of the showing, they cancelled. No reason given. I called back a few times and left messages, but no one answered or called back.
