We have used O'Brien's for decades. Sean was a very honest man and always did a great job. We also had Chris and he did great as well. They are generally the cheapest estimate. I'm not sure what happened but now estimates are done by Jennifer. I had multiple dead branches to the right of my yard and some hanging over the neighbors. We discussed "cleaning it up" and I asked her and she agreed to get rid of anything dead. Obrien’s removed 8 large trees from our property that fell as a result of the tornado in Horsham in September. Jenn was not only very professional and responsive, but so supportive and understanding during that stressful time, assisting us in the insurance process. Her team was efficient and thorough, making sure to care for our yard and property that was damaged in the storm along their way. Obrien’s is a wonderful family owned local business that I was proud to support!
