We had a great experience at this garage. Anthony, the owner, was extremely respectful and took the time to show us the parts that needed replacement. He explained everything clearly and calmly, making it easy to understand. We really value being treated with respect and having things explained in a straightforward way, and this garage delivered exactly that. Dump. My family owned a gas station from 1926 to 2015. They appear intoxicated. Sloppy. Trash all over property. No thanks. I have owned 9 cars in my life.
Took my car in for a full inspection. Thought I might have needed shocks, etc. A thorough check of everything was done and, to my amazement, nothing was found that needed fixing or replacing. How many "garages" would be that honest? Past experience with other businesses tells me that honesty is still alive and well as long as you entrust your vehicle to O"Briens. Five stars is just a beginning. Of course I highly recommend them.
Anthony and staff are the best mechanics in ocala. Highly recommended.
