This is a scam. It is a general service number and the technician they send is not from the area. They use subcontractors. The work was OK, way overpriced. But mainly I am disappointed because I wanted to support a local business.
Our garage door started to operate slower than usual. I called O'Briens Garage Door Repair Co. for garage door maintenance. Fred, the technician, lubricated all the moving parts and tightened some nuts and bolts. Our overhead garage door is functioning perfectly again. Thanks for that incredible garage door service.
I got an entire new garage door, new springs, new tracking and new opener. I was impressed with the overall experience from booking the service call, to their promptness to the installation. O'Briens Garage Door Repair Co. came out the same day I called to check the situation and came back the next day with the new door and installed it perfectly.
Don't hesitate to call these guys if in need of garage door services. I called them since my door wasn't opening. Although the weather conditions was worse, Fred came immediately and repaired my door with ease. Excellent service! What surprised me the most was his honesty. Thank you again!
