I used O'Brien Premier for my first home purchase and I couldn't have had a better experience. The real-estate agents of Jordan and Ryan were very helpful along the way and always were quick to respond with my questions or new listings, and guiding me through multiple house showings during my time of looking for my first house. I bought a home with them which was the biggest mistake I made , all you have to do is sign the agreement of purchase and they will stop responding your texts , you are on your own dealing with everything, completely incompetent team who undervalues the customer and tricks you into signing a deal , find someone who has better idea of how real estate works After all it’s a house deal and not a garage sale
Ryan Giroux with O’Brien Premier Real Estate is our real estate agent. We told him what our criteria was for a new house and he quickly put together a list of possibilities. We narrowed the list down and Ryan was able to get us viewings very quickly. Once we decided on a property, things moved even more quickly. Ryan arranged for an open house of our property and gave us hints on what to do to present our house. He arranged for a house inspection and put us in touch with a mortgage broker.
