Friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable staff that care about everyone that walks in the door. They always make sure I understand the work being done and recommend options to help meet my needs. They’ve always been there for us and I would recommend the “O’Brien experience” for anyone looking tire and/or auto care.

Had a nail in my tire, waited over 2 hours at a large chain store just for them to tell me it was in an area of the tire that apparently couldn’t be plugged/patched. Took it to O’Brien the next day instead expecting to buy a new tire, ended up being in a completely repairable part of the tire and they had it fixed about 30mins after I got there. Poor customer service. Tried to get a flat fixed The guy said we close at 5 . I said it’s 15 till . He said sorry can’t help you. I work in the service industry and would never turn a customer away in need. The guy was very rude.
Went there to get 4 tiers mounted balance and put on that I brought in I didn't get them from here. They took my truck pulled it in about 40 minutes later is was done they even cleaned the blue off the white letters now that's service. Super nice and treated like family. Couldn't ask for better service. Above and beyond. Make them your 1 stop shop. Thanks again for your super service .
I just wanted to say thank you so much for allowing us to use your parking lot and water to have a car wash. We raised 900.00 total with people getting thier cars washed and or donations. That will definitely help my mother Sandra Rowen out alot with her medical expenses due to having cancer. I would definitely recommend O'Brien to everyone :)
Wouldn't do business here if it was the last tire shop in earth.They treat their employees like crap and they cuss their employees also make fun of customers
