I am moving to this area with my family and found O'Brien Realty. Wow! They have a LOT of realtors working for them and they all wanted our business. We were paired with Daniel Effenberger. Daniel came across as if he wanted to be a realtor but didn't finish school yet. Unfortunately, he didn't know the area very well and persisted in showing us homes that were not close to what we wanted (kept showing homes out of our price range), and became rude when we asked to see what we were looking for.
