Had a reasonably urgent plumbing issue. Called Ben and he came out and fixed the problem within a couple of hours. Honest, reliable and fairly priced. I am a very happy customer and cannot recommend Ben and Aaron enough. Will definitely be calling Ben if I am ever in need of a plumber again.
Had issues with a blocked drain - found o'brien plumbing on line and called Ben who was very easy to talk to and came the next day. He cleared the drain - and also the tree root that had grown through the pipe. Very happy customer. Thanks Ben.
On the website it says 24 hour service emergency ect I rang 4 times and left messages no one even returned my call Understand it was the weekend but if your not availble 24 hours or for emergency then don't put it on your website and at least call the customer back our of courtesy..very dissapointing service
