I had a great experience at this dealership. I heard an ad for a $5.00 oil change and called immediately. I set an appointment and brought my vehicle in on a Saturday around 1:00 pm. Now because I have a truck that takes 8 quarts of oil, my oil change was $15.51 but that is still awesome! On top of that, they did a full inspection of my vehicle and gave me $7 toward a car wash. The only thing I wasn't thrilled about was the 30 minute wait for my oil change but hey, fast, cheap, good service would just be too good to be true.
Loved my Car Shopping experience at O'Brien Hyundai, My sales person was Bernard Violenes and he was super nice and answered all of my questions... and there were many. I was introduced to the rest of the team and felt like part of the family by the time I had purchased my car. I am very happy with my choice of Hyundai Santa fe and my choice of O'Brien!!! I Will send all of my friends, Family and Clients..
For those of you who may have read what I posted last evening, I am surprised and more than pleased that I received a call back this morning from the General Manager, Lucas Walls. He advised me that in the event this dealership takes a post dated check that there is a procedure that they follow and that for some reason that procedure went by the wayside this time. I dealt with other LARGER Hyundai dealers in the Atlanta area but I'm SO GLAD I bought from O'Brien. Dewayne Palmer was our salesperson and he was TERIFFIC! Very straightforward and honest, no run-arounds. Our car was waiting on us when we arrived (as we live almost 2 hours away).
