The Service Department here is absolutely terrible. Very inconsiderate of customer's time. Following simple directions goes a very long way. Zero stars. Also, to the TWO techs that honked at me excessively while dropping someone off for the SECOND time here because of your idiot advisor, I hope you just have the worst day. Edit: this was most definitely O'Brien Honda of Bloomington. Funny of them to reply to my review and immediately say "Wasn't me"
We had a GREAT buying experience at Obrien. We worked closely with Matt Couch to get the Honda of my dreams. Great communication with very prompt replies to all our questions and/or concerns and the financing all went very smoothly. We would definitely recommend the Obrien team and will definitely return for future purchases.
