I'll preface this by saying the hotel and location are not terrible, however there are some things to note. 1. BE AWARE I booked a king room with a balcony abd when I arrived it was an ADA room with two double beds and a VERY bad shower. I spoke to the front desk and sent 4 messages and no one has contacted me. I was more frustrated because this wasn't communicated. I was told it "automatically" did this in the system? The location was very good! The rooms were clean but the toilet would never stop running and the handle felt like it was going to break at any moment. There was the front desk staff member who was not very nice at all. Heard him arguing with another guest, very unprofessional. The parking situation was not ideal. Pros: this is affordable as far as the room goes. Very quiet, only 36 rooms. Cons: we booked a king room with a tub and were given the ADA room. No jetted tub, instead we got a walk in shower that was in disrepair and missing part of the shower pan so the bathroom flooded. PARKING cost 30$ a night, asinine considering the room was 130. You have to schlepp your things from the parking garage to the hotel. Nice character and an appealing location. Beds are not "luxury"--super firm and cheap. I reserved a 1 king bed room, but was given 2 queens. Rooms are cluttered, unclean, and need maintenance. Worst, we paid for parking through our room charge, but the gate does not recognize payment through the hotel. We were stuck and unable to leave until someone could come manually let us out (there was no on-site attendant to assist). Overall it was just disorganized and not as expected.
