I had booked to stay here over the past weekend. They had a leaking pipe, so i did not get to stay, but Jesse, the manager tried everything in his power to help us get taken care of. The front desk lady was also very kind. Truly-customer service at its finest, and I fully intend to be back to stay ASAP. The location was perfect and all the plants at the hotel gave the best vibe.
The name says Riverwalk. It is blocks away, do not believe your balcony has a view of anything except their back parking lot. Our first room had a broken tv, none of the rooms' phones worked, and there was a missing bathtub drain. Literally a hole where a drain and stopper should be. We switched rooms and then we learned they don't even offer complimentary coffee. Not the end of the world, just weird they want $2.00 per cup from a keurig type set-up. Beautiful small hotel. Had an awesome experience. The staff is very professional, nice and friendly. For a few days staying this is an awesome hotel to stay. The location is perfect. The rooms are cozy and clean . There is a lot of places to see and lot of activities nearby.
I had an amazing 3 day vacation here! Wonderful environment, great staff, and very comfortable rooms. I’ll for sure be staying again!
