2/04/26 Johnathan was very through and honest with me. He tested my heater and did a through inspection and explained to me what the problem is and the possibility that the problem is more serious. I have been using another HVAC contractor for over 44 years and I will now be using O'Brien Heating and Air-conditioning going forward. Called at one o’clock. They were here in an hour. Diagnosed the problem and offered solutions Need a new system which we will have them install. Installed new system works great. Rick and his associate did a wonderful job. Highly highly recommend
O’brien replaced my Weil MClain gas/hot water on short notice and did a great job. Of course my old heater failed when low temps were 3 & 4 degrees , but O’brien didn’t miss a beat. Professional and well coordinated. No games, just ‘get’r done’. Fair prices with top quality people!
