We had a small leak with our humidifier, and the tech was prompt, flexible, very informative and fixed the problem!
Here's some useful information: it costs $99 for O'Brien to come to your place and look at something. If they do ANYTHING ELSE, it costs an absolute minimum of $251 more. They will not tell you this until after they touch anything. O'Brien's service guys were great. Their predatory pricing, which I guess is on me, is shameful. Maybe it's par for the course with HVAC companies: you can't get prices out of them before they do any work, then they hit you with whatever insane amount they want to once they've touched anything.
