2/11/2025 One of their employees, Josh Sanders, hit my husband’s truck. My husband was at complete stop when Josh Sanders truck mirror hit my husband’s mirror. Josh pulled over with my husband and called Paul Lemmon, his boss. Josh told Paul “I just hit this guys mirror” and Paul said no problem our insurance will take care of it. Do not get any work done from these guys. They are dishonest, have questionable people working there, and if they mess up they will not take accountability. Definitely not someone i would call if I needed glass repair

Terrible company! I would give negative ratings if I could. I had a simple job for them to do. Our glass door was falling off of the hinge so we called to get them replaced. Our hinges were silver and we wanted them to install black ones. I clearly specified that I wanted black ones and they put us on the schedule to have them replaced. They showed up and brought ONE silver hinge. The two installers had no knowledge about the black ones. I was very annoyed and they just said that they brought the incorrect one.
