So impressed with Dr. O'Brian and Dr. Dodge and the entire team. They are professional, caring and explain the entire process. Could not be happier. Highly recommend. Biggest cheerleader! Have been telling anyone I know who needs dental work done about them.
I paid this man over$50, 000. for implants. Paid him ahead of procedure, all the money!! First year&1/2, last molar, right side, broke, cutting inside mouth. He took the top arch out, ground it down, wrenched it back in my mouth, and sent me a bill for$500.! I was told I would get what I was promised from Clear Choice. Porcelain!! I have plastic! I'm not sure if this O'Brian is actually a dentist! I've lost 3 on the bottom, since!
Dr. O'brein tried to bully me into having procedures done that I wanted to think about before making a decision. He was extremely rude. He told me if I did not trust my dentist, I should leave. I left.
Wow! I just can not believe that November 2nd it will be a year that I had my dental implants procedure, and I am so glad I did it. My experience with Dr. O'Brien and his staff was great. They are very nice people, kind, supportive, lovely and I am very grateful. The teams involvement in the process were awesome and Dr. O'Brien is really an artist, everything he told me was the truth and he was very up front, which I love it and he really knows what he does. ⭐I give the Staff 5-Stars, n-o-t the Dentist himself. He had started off being Kind, Caring, Patient & Understanding however, his Demeanor had Flipped like a Switch. Dr. O'Brien had made me New Teeth that not only did the Bottom n-o-t match the Top, but left me talking Funny & leave constant Sores on Both the Upper n Bottom of my Gums. He absolutely 'REFUSES' to make me New ones, keeps telling me that my Bottom Jaw needs to be Broke.
