We installed an EV Charger, a couple of month ago. The complete experience was really good. From the site inspection to the installation, everything went smooth, without any hiccup and on time. Three months after the installation, there was a minor technical issue, and a prompt service was only one phone call away. A service as it should be. Definitely an excellent recommendation.
The staff promptly answer the phones and actually return phone calls. Appointments for work are available within a reasonable timeframe. When, during a period of prolonged heavy rainfall, the expected postponement call was received well in advance. On the day of the electricians visit he arrived on time, got on with the job, gave an easy to understand verbal report and offered a number of recommendations that would be followed up by another department in the company. Installed solar hot water switch, failed to reconnect solar, set time for night instead of day. Now timer switch fails to work on timer. Sadly follow in service lacking. Have engaged other company to replace switch. Expensive experience. Would not recommend
