Hit or miss. Have knocked out simple jobs in the past for us, but as of lately, they seem to be too short on time and too short on help to give us quality service. Waited Two weeks on diagnostics just to be served over a $5000 repair estimate on a job that took three hours and a $400 part. The diagnosis was obviously fabricated With no real testing done. So I don’t leave reviews but this guy talking about a 5$ part it’s not the part it’s the know how bc i worked on a piece of equipment for days and I finally give in an called for help back up in running the next day making money the part was 2800$ the know how was priceless bc I spent a week with two of my workers let me tell you I will be calling o’Brien’s next time out the gate

I took my F-250 to O'Brien's for transmission work, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, they were professional, transparent, and took the time to explain everything clearly. My truck has been running great ever since.
