We called O'Brien Construction to have an estimate on a small addition. The owner came to our home took notes, measurements, etc. He was supposed to get back to us with an estimate but never did. We left several messages and we never heard back after his initial visit. If they were too busy or simply didn't want this job, they could have communicated that with us. It is a simple courtesy that any professional should afford--in my opinion.
Great company. Very professional and great workmanship. I am very pleased with the quality of work they did on my addition. I will be calling on them for any future work that I need done.
