It saddens me to say this, but working with these people has been nothing but a headache. From the start, the project was a mess. I had to redo plumbing in an under-slab area because the excavators weren’t finished, and they pulled permits under my name without my permission for work not included in our contract. Avoid this company like the plague. They will promise you the heavens and not deliver. In addition, they don't pay their bills. It's always the same excuses from them, if you can get someone to answer the phone or an email, which is extremely rare. That is until, they're in a crunch and need your help again. Save yourself the trouble and over 90 days to get paid.
O'Brien construction is seriously the best construction company I have ever worked with! I have interacted with other construction companies over the years, and my experience with O'Brien was drastically more professional and informative. I could never go to anyone else now!
