Deceptive sales practices. The recent vehicle I purchased from Chevrolet of Walla Walla was delivered with only one key. The missing key was not disclosed prior to the sale, and the dealership sales manager failed to make the problem right. In my 58 years of driving I have purchased many vehicle from car dealers. Never once has a vehicle come with only one key. A new key from the Chevy dealership in Tricities was quoted at $400.
