Again, no major service, just programming a new key fob. Everyone was friendly. I was waiting in the lobby and I wasn't approached by anyone trying to sell me a new car. That was a relief. They did charge a fee for using my debit instead of cash, when cash is rarely used today. Maybe all of them do that. Remember that when you need major service/repairs. I paid 100.00 got the programming plus tax, then the fee.
Jose was great to work with. He kept me informed about the progress of my repair. My car was cleaned inside and outside when I picked it up. Jose informed me of the warranty on the service. I am very satisfied with the service I was provided.
The good: staff was professional. Coby worked with us on a used vehicle (that WASN'T a Chevy) we found listed on their website for sale, but appeared to not be ready for a sale in any way. Our salesman had no idea about the car when we rolled in to inquire about it. The cool thing was, they really went out of their way to let us take the car and test it out for the rest of the day. Update 12-10-2025: The issue has been resolved. Thank you for doing a great job. I am updating this review to 4 stars. It would be 5 stars but the amount of time this took for everyone involved is pretty ridiculous. The manager was able to get a new rear window assembly and have it installed at the Windshield Dr all free of charge. After the install the new window leaked on the track the rear slider runs in, the rear window assembly was defective.
