Wonderful experience. We traveled to car shop, and they were so willing to drive it to me, and left me with a full tank. I will certainly repeat business if i ever need another vehicle!
I was helped by stone who was very helpful and made the process very quick and easy.
The front desk help is very rude and does not relay information as asked to do so. The last two times we have been in to get recalls fixed they have claimed to have fixed but have not. We picked up our vehicle today and there was a broken clip under the seat and no mention of the broken clip to us or on the paper work. I have done business several times with the dealership side and they are great, but the mechanic side is very subpar.
