Rob and his team, Tony and Jason deserve a 5 plus rating. While towing our travel trailer along I495 our F150 suddenly developed a misfire, we limped to a rest area and searched for a auto repair shop. Not being from the area we selected Shoveltown Auto Repair based on their website displaying a clean, modern shop with certified technicians. Best choice I ever made. Brought my Tesla Model Y in used their overnight drop off. Their drop off form is very easy to fill out. Ive had all 4 tires replaced, then a year later I had them replace my tire pressure monitoring system on all four. My partner and I feel excited to have a shop that we are comfortable and confident to bring our teslas too for tires brakes rotors etc.
