UPDATE: I finally was able to get a hold of the attorneys and share my experience. They basically didn’t believe me and sided with the incredibly rude and unprofessional receptionist! Unbelievable, avoid. Figured I’d share this here for future reference if anyone gets a ticket. I received a minor speeding ticket recently and contacted Fred Hopkins, whom I’ve used in the past. Great team very dedicated.
