I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received. I showed up to my appointment yesterday—booked over three weeks ago—only to be told it was cancelled. No one contacted me in advance to let me know, which is unacceptable. If you need to cancel a customer’s booking, the very least you should do is call them directly and try to reschedule as soon as possible.
