If it is available to give a "zero star" I definitely choose zero! 2 days ago the o'brien technicians replaced my windscreen. They said that do not wash the car for 24hrs due to the time of drying glue blabla. Last night while i was driving, rain started. Tried to use window wipers, they did not work at all!!! I felt so scared on the highway with blurred vision!!! I could have a big accident! I am hoping that this is a joke or something like that. I own a hino 300 4x4 truck and booked a new windscreen as on our last trip coped a few unwanted hits from rocks 🪨 honkey nuts 😳. Got the quote which is fair enough for a windscreen paid for it in full over the phone. Stoked then we get it done today Sorry it doesn't fit but we will most likely here from you in a month or sooner for a genuine one WTAF mind blown up tell me that you guys are having a laugh and come back and make good. What a wonderful experience through the process of getting the windscreen replaced and ADAS recalibrated on my Subaru. The staff were reassuring and friendly from the start with big kudos to Jacob for his friendly and helpful manner. What an asset to the business he is. Car was fixed within 3 hours. A pleasurable and efficient experience after Novus who refused to even repair my car saying it was too difficult for them.
