Get turn away from being 30 minutes late cause of traffic and road works girl and bloke in the office is a complete snob take your car to the Epping franchise instead at least they have great costumer service
Extremely poor workmanship, black glue was left on the outside of the car, grubby hand prints on the inside of the A pillar and also made a poor effort to clean glue that the got on the dash now it's just smudged into the dash. Also they scuffed the bonnet in multiple spots . Would not recommend at all.
Zero stars if I could. I was sent to O’Brien’s Windscreen Glass in Geelong for a simple windscreen replacement after a stone chip from a passing truck. My written confirmation clearly stated that my appointment was 9:30am and that I should arrive five minutes early. When I arrived exactly as instructed, the woman at the front desk immediately berated me, insisting my appointment was actually for 8:30am and claiming there was now “no possible way” they could fit my car in.
